Recent updates include:
-Painted kitchen cabinets (newly lined inside) new hardware both kitchens
-New quartz countertops in both kitchens and quartz backsplash in main kitchen (over 180 sq ft of stone!)
-New light fixtures and ceiling fans throughout (smart fans connect to apps or google/amazon)
-new water fixtures, all faucets, showers, toilets replaced, and bidets
-master bathroom (added shower door) replace floor, vanity, fan, mirror
-replace all receptacles/switches over 50 replaced in house, including built in night lights, usb/usbc built in chargers, WiFi Alexa controlled switches
-Paint inside/outside
-painted drywalled garage, added trim, replace springs to garage, expanded steps
-240V outlet installed in garage so it is electric car ready (current Tesla charger attachment does not convey but the 240V plug stays)
-New flooring
-Installed movie theater in basement and all movie theater equipment except speakers convey
-Installed bar in basement with new countertops and shelving
-Waterproofed basement
-New pool pump and moved all pool pump equipment out of basement to be in backyard
-Painted sport court fencing
-Seal coated driveway and expanded driveway
-Painted exterior of home and shutters
- installed grommets for safety pool cover (was tarp with water bags before)
-added lights and receptacles for gym area
-new lvp flooring kitchen, hallway bath, master bath, hallway bedroom, master closet
-removed partition walls
-removed closet wall to expand master closet
-removed two large plants/trees, cut back brush to tree line (old play set)
-basement was wood panels, and lick/stick/ sheet rocked lvp painted ceiling and tile to wood stove, added bar shelving
-ran new electrical for cameras/flood lights on sides of house
-replace all exterior lights (6 lights) not counting cameras/flood lights
