About Ty Voyles

Ty is a co-founder and the CEO of Fulcrum. He began his career in real estate in 2009, after a decade in project management, serving clients in the technology, environmental, and aviation industries. While serving as an agent representing buyers and sellers, Ty received recognition from clients and colleagues alike, earning designations as a Five Star Real Estate Professional, a Zillow Premier Agent, a Trulia Top 1% Agent, the Washingtonian's Best Agent of 2018, and a Washingtonian Top Agent every year since 2016.

In 2018, Ty pivoted his focus from directly serving clients to ensuring that every Fulcrum agent could meet the same standards of success and performance. The ensuing result has been Fulcrum's growth from a small, regionally noted real estate team to one of the nation's premier real estate firms. Since 2019, Fulcrum has consistently ranked among the top 10 Keller Williams teams nationwide and has also been recognized as a top 100 team across all brokerages. 

In addition to helping build Fulcrum's success, Ty has served as a Mastery Coach for KW Mega Agent Productivity Systems (MAPS), a top trainer for KW Command, a founding agent advisor for KW LABS, and has served on multiple Agent Leadership Councils.

A Texan by birth, Ty has called DC home since 2003.
