Meet Tom
Tom is President, Team Leader, and Lead Listing Agent of The Atwood Team of Keller Williams in Baltimore, Maryland. With more than 30 successful years in sales, the past 18 in real estate, Tom provides his clients with a decisive, winning edge in a crowded marketplace.
Tom has personally sold over 1,000+ homes and has extensive experience in negotiations and complex contract resolution, property research and valuation, and strategic and social media marketing. Tom has strong partnerships with dozens of title companies, mortgage lenders, property inspectors, and licensed contractors, ensuring all transactions are kept on track.
Tom is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Maryland Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR), as well as serving as a Member of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council and Chairman, Keller Williams Cares, Baltimore. Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Towson University. Tom is a native Baltimorean and resides with his wife, Laurie, and two sons, Dominic and Christopher, in West Towson.
