Born in North Carolina and raised in the DMV after moving to Washington, DC at a young age, Tamika Cutler has deep roots throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Growing up in Prince George’s County shaped her heart for community and her commitment to helping families build lasting foundations.

 

In 2015, as a single mother of a two-year-old daughter, Tamika made a life-defining decision: to purchase her first home and create stability, legacy, and generational opportunity. She envisioned more than a house — she envisioned “Big Mama’s house” — a place where her daughter, nieces, nephews, and family could gather for years to come.

 

The process ignited something in her. With notebooks filled with property comparisons — bedrooms, square footage, amenities, pricing — she approached homeownership with strategy and intention. That journey not only secured her family’s future, it solidified her calling.

 

Licensed in Virginia since 2018, Tamika now serves clients across DC, Maryland, and Virginia with an education-first, high-touch approach. With over 20 years of federal government procurement and contract negotiation experience, she brings precision, financial insight, and strong advocacy to every transaction.
