About Stephanie Gaddie

Born and raised in Washington, DC. After graduating from High school, I wanted to serve my community.

 

I then became a member of the Metropolitan Police Department in the District of Columbia where I served as a Police Officer for 27 years.

 

After retiring in 2019, I wanted to explore my passion for real estate by landing a job at Resort Quest as a Housing Inspector to enter a variety of different styles of properties for inspection.

 

I have now turned my focus and love of real estate into a new career. I want to continue to serve my community by assisting people to achieve their real estate goals.

Because of my previous career in Law Enforcement, I encountered all types of individuals which has sharped my skills in communication. To be a neutral party and bridge the gap of individuals to achieve a common goal. In real estate, I can do the same by working hard for my clients to achieve the best possible outcome to ensure that their real estate needs have been met. I have also developed the ability to focus on every detail. Additionally, I offer, time management, hard work and dedication to ensure that each real estate investment transaction is handled with the upmost regards.
