About Samantha Simms

Maryland native, Samantha Simms, was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in the suburbs of Prince George's County. After earning a degree in Biology from Towson University and conducting research for some time, she settled into a career in education and has served in that capacity for over 20 years.

 

Samantha's experience as a teacher and instructional coach has cultivated a unique set of skills in relationship building, effective communication, and active listening. The nature of this work also requires one to be detail-oriented and adept at setting goals and objectives and executing them with precision.

 

These qualities have served Samantha not only as an educator, but also as an entrepreneur in the fashion/retail sector. Coupled with experience in marketing and sales, Samantha brings a wealth of knowledge in facilitating seamless transactions and elegant home presentations with outstanding customer service at the center of it all. Samantha entered the world of real estate first as a consumer and then as an investor.

 

After turning her own 'money pit' into a 'cash cow,' the light bulb went off, and a path to financial freedom had been illuminated. Now, Samantha aspires to help others achieve home ownership and generational wealth through real estate. Samantha currently resides in Upper Marlboro, MD, with her family. In her free time, you can find her in nature or at a local estate sale, sourcing beautiful vintage finds!
