About Russell Lyons

Russ was born and raised in MetroWest, Massachusetts. He currently lives in Wayland with his wife, two children, and loyal dog Maple. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he studied Engineering and Entrepreneurship.

 

Russ grew up with exposure to and jobs in commercial and residential real estate development and construction, as well as property management. He has been investing in real estate since 2015 with a focus on a buy-and-hold strategy.

 

Also, he has served as a general contractor on residential renovations and has experience with property management of his buy-and-hold investments. Landscape design projects are another area of interest and enjoyment for Russ. Russ’ professional background is in IT consulting for the federal government, with a specialty in User Experience and Human-centered design.

 

Using these skills, he is passionate about making the home buying and selling process as transparent and optimized for his clients as possible.
