About Ruma Sikka

Since I obtained my Realtor's license in MD, DC and VA in 2003, I have helped many wonderful Sellers and Buyers achieve the American dream of Home ownership. My Business is mainly comprised of referrals from my past and current Sellers and Buyers, Family and Friends in all three states.

 

Prior to my Real Estate career, I was the President of the Merchant Association at The Shops Mall at the Metro Center in Washington DC, where I owned and operated a Restaurant as well as a Gift shop for thirteen years. I am an entrepreneur so I understand business and I see Real Estate as an opportunity for my clients where I can help them buy cheap and sell for a profit. My Business experience together with my Business degree helps my client in determining a fitting property for them.

 

I also have an Interior Design degree, this skill I use to help stage my Sellers property, yet another bonus for my clients in working with me! I have been a native of Bethesda, MD since the last sixteen years. I am known for my skills of negotiation, persistence, knowledge of the market and coupled with my enthusiasm makes it a winning combination for my clients. My other interests when I am not working are walking the CnO canal trails, yoga and music, and of course watching HGTV. Yes Real Estate is my passion!
