About Robin Bott

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Robin joined the Navy fresh out of high school—despite never having seen the ocean. She figured the best way to fix that was to go big… like, aircraft carrier big. Originally an aviation electronics tech, Robin quickly discovered her real talent wasn’t in wires and circuits but in wrangling chaos and leading people. She shifted into military law enforcement and never looked back, rising through the ranks to become a Lieutenant Commander and commissioning as a Limited Duty Officer in Security. Over her 28-year career, she worked undercover narcotics, investigated domestic violence cases, and led law enforcement teams around the globe.

Robin’s love for structure, leadership, and people (with a side of sarcasm) now fuels her role as Operations Manager at Verity Group. She met Steve and Heather while building her own home during the pandemic and saw instantly that the real estate world could use a bit more Navy-style efficiency and heart. With a deep empathy for military moves and messy transitions, Robin now makes the process of buying, selling, or building smoother for everyone—especially families on the go.

She’s married to her best friend, Jason, is a proud Christian, and mom to two hilarious boxers, Salem and Sadie. She’s also a great cook, a gym junkie, and has the kind of quick wit that keeps everyone on their toes. Covered in tattoos and cool under pressure, Robin may look intimidating in uniform—but don’t worry, she’s only scary when she needs to be.
