With a Master’s degree in Social Science and decades of entrepreneurial experience across industries including food, textiles, and broadcasting, Rafiqul brings a unique global perspective and business acumen to real estate.

 Originally from Bangladesh and a long-term resident of Singapore, where he owned and operated businesses for over 25 years, Rafiqul has also personally invested in properties in Bangladesh and Singapore. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the importance of location, property types, and long-term value appreciation.
