He is also a sought-after real estate educator, regularly teaching classes and seminars on topics such as property valuation, strategic pricing, winning contracts in competitive markets, and advanced negotiation techniques.

Each month, Paul leads market update sessions for Fulcrum Residential, KWCP, and agents across various brokerages, breaking down the latest real estate trends, economic data, and key market indicators that impact agents and their clients.

Before returning to his passion for real estate, Paul practiced law for over a decade at Squire Patton Boggs and O’Melveny & Myers—both Top-30 national law firms. His legal background gives him a powerful edge in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and strategic deal-making, benefiting his clients in every transaction.

A world traveler who has lived in multiple states and foreign countries, Paul has proudly called the Washington, DC area home longer than anywhere else. 

In his “spare time” while working 50+ hours a week as an attorney, Paul completed the prestigious three-year conservatory program at Studio Theatre—Washington’s premier professional acting training program. When not advocating for his clients, you might find him performing on stage at one of the area’s theaters or in front of the camera.

Paul graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Michigan Law School.
