Mynor Herrera is a founding partner of Keller Williams Capital Properties’ Bethesda-Chevy Chase office and the founder of Mynor & Associates, a nationally ranked real estate team serving the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets. An avid real estate investor, Mynor owns several Airbnb and long-term rental properties throughout the DMV and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Over the course of his career, Mynor has earned numerous honors, including NAHREP’s Top 250 (nation’s top Latino Realtors), Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Real Estate Team, Bethesda Magazine’s Top Real Estate Team, and the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors and other prominent organizations. Mynor’s dedication extends well beyond real estate. He is the founder and head coach of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Youth Wrestling Club, which has grown to more than 100 wrestlers, and also serves as the head wrestling coach at Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School. He has held leadership roles as Commissioner for the Housing Opportunities Commission and as a board member for the Affordable Housing Conference, Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Wrestlers in Business Network, Hispanic Business Foundation, and the Rock Creek Pool and Tennis Club. Mynor and his team are committed to giving back, regularly donating time and resources to local charities. 

His real estate journey began in 1999 with the purchase of a condo in downtown Bethesda at age 24. By 30, he had added multiple rental properties, including homes in Ocean City, MD. In 2005, he graduated #1 in his class at the Weichert Real Estate Academy, sold his first home within six weeks, and became the #1 agent in his Bethesda office by his second year.

A proud native Washingtonian, Mynor graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School (’92) and American University (’96). He was inducted into the DeMatha Hall of Fame, is a National Prep Champion wrestler, and had the honor of serving as an Olympic Torchbearer. Today, he lives in Silver Spring, MD, with his wife, Ina, and their two sons, Espen and Enrique.
