Throughout her career, she has been recognized for top performance, earning honors such as the 2025, 2024, and 2022 GCAAR Bronze Top Producer Awards, the 2023 Growth Partner of the Year Award in DC, the #1 Regional Growth Partner of the Year Award at KWCP, the Homesnap Top 25% Award, and the NVAR Top Producer Platinum Award.
She has also been named among the Top 100 Agents in the Greater Washington, DC Metro and Mid-Atlantic Region. Monique is a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) and ARELLO-certified instructor approved by the DC Real Estate Commission.
