About Mike Lints

Mike Lints is a GCAAR REALTOR® and licensed in DC, VA, and MD. Mike has lived in Washington, DC since 2017 and has owned and managed multiple rental units in the area since 2018. His personal experience with DMV real estate has given him an excellent view of the local market. Mike has been around real estate his entire life, with his mother serving clients as a REALTOR in New Smyrna Beach, FL since before he was born. She opened an extremely successful FL brokerage in 2004, which still operates today. Mike's father worked in the construction industry for more than a decade building FL homes. Mike loves talking shop with the family! Mike attended Tulane University and Loyola University of New Orleans and earned a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance/Music and Master of Business Administration at each institution, respectively.

 

He also holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations, giving him unique insight into how to support clients' business and personal real estate dealings. He has worked in the defense contracting industry for 10+ years and has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and IT, including for the Federal government and Fortune 500 companies.
