About Mark Simone

Mark is a 2nd generation, Baltimore-based Realtor. Having grown up in his family's boutique real estate brokerage, Mark launched his own career in real estate in 2003. Mark has had the privilege of personally representing over 100 Buyers and Sellers annually and has received numerous top producer awards and acknowledgements both in units sold and sales volume throughout his career.

 

With over 20 years of experience being entrenched in different market cycles and growing his own rental portfolio, Mark provides a depth of market insight that is unique in the Baltimore real estate market. Since launching The Simone Group in 2016, he has had the privilege of representing over 800 families in the transfer of over $400m in real estate.

 

Mark's passion lies in building relationships, both new and old alike, while providing real estate solutions beyond the transaction. After living downtown for 14 years in the Fells Point and Brewer's Hill neighborhoods, Mark and his wife have resided in Phoenix, MD since 2016 where they are raising two young boys and their little girl. During his free time, Mark enjoys reading, following Baltimore sports and spending time outdoors.
