For many, real estate is about making money. For Marie-Claire, it’s about service—helping first-time homebuyers navigate the market, secure homeownership, and build long-term wealth through strategic purchasing and renovation.
In today’s competitive real estate market, buying a home in an ideal location can feel out of reach. But with the right approach, it’s possible. Many first-time buyers are held back not just by finances, but by a lack of education and time. That’s where she comes in.
Marie-Claire does more than help clients find the right house—she educates and supports them through the entire process, including renovations, so their dream home is tailored to their needs and budget. With a background in fashion and interior design, and hands-on experience in home building and remodeling, she guides clients through creative and cost-effective ways to turn a house into a home they love.
Her journey in real estate began in 1994 when she purchased and renovated her first home. Much like first-time buyers today, she had a restricted budget and a strong vision of where she wanted to live. When her architect’s plans didn’t align with her needs, she took matters into her own hands and successfully remodeled the space to match her lifestyle. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for real estate—particularly in helping others see the potential in homes beyond their current state.
Having lived in Maryland for 15 years, she has built a trusted network of contractors and professionals to support homebuyers through renovations. Her clients gain access to this network, ensuring that their ideal home in their desired location is within reach.
