About Kobey Chanel Quamina

I am a dedicated real estate professional with 4+ years of experience, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Real Estate Development for St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore. My focus is on delivering housing and supportive services to low-income families and those at risk of homelessness.

 

My career spans roles as a wholesaler, leasing consultant, creative investor, and real estate agent. I hold an MBA in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, along with a BA in Business Administration (Finance) and a minor in Accounting.

 

With a passion for community service and nonprofit work, I draw on my experience in higher education and college counseling, empowering underserved students and families. My Jesuit education continues to inspire me to serve and uplift my community, combining my love for real estate with a deep commitment to social impact.
