Kim has held her real estate license since 1990 and has helped clients with transactions from single wides to multi-million-dollar properties. There is little in the world of real estate that ​s​he hasn’t seen​ while remaining cognisant that every transaction and every client is unique."

 

​A Baltimore native; ​Kim grew up in the city, the county & beyond. She & her husband Jerry truly love Maryland & all that makes it special which is why they raised their four children here. All of that, means that Kim knows Maryland and its real estate intimately. She loves to help newcomers discover all that makes this area so special to those of us who call it home. Driven and passionate, Kim has worked hard to become a top producing agent in the region, for many years. She founded the Kim Barton Group of Keller Williams Legacy with Jerry in 2017, so she could increase her impact. She wanted to help more clients and give as generously as her heart desires. She loves being able to make a difference, in our clients lives, in local businesses, and beyond. Kim is a proud member of her church and has participated in multiple missions trips. Her heart strings have recently been pulled by Charity Water, and we are now proudly partnered with Charity Water and raising awareness of the water crisis that affects 7​03 million people on a daily basis."
