Katrina was born and raised in El Paso, TX and has relocated several times as a military spouse. Katrina’s passion for serving and helping others in her community grew exponentially with each personal connection through each career transition. Her career path led her to assist low-income seniors secure affordable housing. Katrina managed to apply her bilingual skills to advocate for the seniors and communicate with property managers, landlords, and charity donors to ensure successful housing placement. This resulted in over 200 success stories that now have a place to call “home”.
In 2018, she relocated to Northern Virginia where she transitioned her experience from low-income housing into Real Estate. Her well-versed background in negotiations, military life, and working with people in diverse circumstances and backgrounds has provided her with a great foundation to remain a top producing agent in her brokerage. As of 2023, she has become a dual licensed agent servicing North Carolina and Virginia. Katrina served on the Associate Leadership Committee for her brokerage in Virginia and at any given time is prepared with the opportunity to help make people’s dreams become a reality. Her focus is "over serving" her clients to exceed their expectations. Katrina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children. She loves baking, CrossFit, gardening, watching the Dallas Cowboys, traveling, and creating lasting memories with her family.
