About Jordan Stuart

Jordan Stuart is an accomplished real estate agent, licensed in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland since 2009. He routinely closes luxury residential transactions that rank among the highest-priced sales in the region each year and ranked #1 in sales volume (as a team) for Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2023 and 2024.  A proud 2005 graduate of Haverford College, where he played varsity men’s soccer, Stuart now resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Stacey, and their three active young sons. Within the KW Expansion model, Stuart has launched over 42 separate real estate teams across the U.S. under the Next Move X brand.

 

Stuart serves as the appointed Director of the Keller Williams Sports + Entertainment (KWSE) community for the entire company, where he develops innovative and strategic offerings for more than 250 specialized KWSE-designated real estate agents, with coverage spanning nearly every market in the U.S. and Canada. As a concentrated collective under one brokerage flag, he discreetly interacts daily with more sports and entertainment clients than any other real estate company.

 

Beyond real estate, Stuart serves as the primary Minority Owner in professional soccer for United Soccer League (USL) Championship side Loudoun United as of January 2023. In April, 2024 he was named Club President and a minority owner for women's pro soccer team DC Power FC. He is also an Ownership Advisor to Major League Soccer’s D.C. United, where, since 2018, he has led multiple groundbreaking capital raises to diversify the club’s ownership group, directly introducing new investors from the sports and entertainment industries.
