As an Area Sales Manager in the Staffing industry, a proven leader and consummate professional, he is always at the ready to provide excellent service to his clients. Jerel understands the recent changes and different aspects of the real estate process and is a reliable resource. Consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts as well as represent client needs and goals. 

 

Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Jerel was born and raised in the Metropolitan Area. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and business leaders who taught him to navigate business decisions early, and as an NCAA college student athlete, he learned to work in a collaborative environment.

 

Jerel's professional career has been focused on sales, managing projects that are responsible for generating 2.3 million in revenue annually. These projects, as well as his education and professional experience, have prepared him to handle life-changing transactions and have helped him understand the psychology in a Fair Exchange while navigating the dialogue required to meet the principal's needs. Jerel obtained his MBA from the University of Maryland, University College, and his Bachelor's in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a minor in Psychology. A minor in Psychology.
