About Dennis Bates

Dennis is a resident of Takoma Park, MD, and grew up in Northern Virginia. He attended the University of Virginia, his career thus far has been in public accounting and corporate accounting, and he recently joined KWCP as a dual career agent. Dennis truly enjoys real estate and has been investing in rental properties for the last 10 years. Dennis hopes to be able to use his prior experience to help others achieve their real estate goals.
