About Coby Smith

Coby Smith is a dedicated Maryland and DC realtor with Keller Williams Capital Properties. His mission is to build strong relationships, lead with integrity, embrace new experiences, and foster growth. Through public speaking and community service, he aims to educate, solve problems, and make a positive impact, all while valuing creativity, self-expression, and the support of family and community. Coby has a background in real estate coming from Coldwell Banker Realty and has assisted a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to luxury sellers.

 

After retiring from hockey in 2021, he discovered a passion for real estate and community service. Coby serves on the Board of the Greater Baltimore Urban League and leads the young professionals group (GBLA), focusing on economic self-reliance and civil rights. He is also involved in the Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce NextExecs and the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce young professionals group (AACTIVATE). Founder of REACH, he empowers real estate professionals to achieve new heights. Outside of work, Coby enjoys the arts, traveling, and sports, frequently attending symphonies, art shows, theater, vineyards, and horse races.
