Charles has worked in real estate since graduating High School in 2007. He has worked with investors and homeowners to manage and create revenue for their income properties throughout DC metropolitan area. His top priority is building a sustainable relationship with his clients, managing their expectations and utilizing all resources from Charles network he has built over his real estate career to ensure a professional & customer service based experience.
A native Washingtonian, Charles knew at a young age that he was destined to building a career in real estate. Charles attended Henry Smothers and Takoma for elementary school, Paul JHS for middle school, Gonzaga College High School located in Nations Capital and graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Charles currently lives in Columbia Heights Neighborhood of Northwest DC and mentors for College Bound which helps over 150 students from 46 schools in the Washington, D.C. area. 100% of their students graduate high school and are accepted at colleges and universities. Charles began his career in real estate working for local real estate team every winter and summer breaks in college as a transaction to close specialist.
After graduation, Charles went on to work as a property manager and leasing agent overseeing 400+ units ranging from single family homes, condos to small apartment buildings in Washington, DC Over his career he has gained valuable, hands-on experience and knowledge to help with your real estate needs. Through many of Charles friends and family asking him for his advice, he finally decided to become a real estate agent, leveraging his experience to help others on their journey to ownership. Charles is committed to making a difference in Washington, DC metropolitan area through real estate. The greatest joy for Charles is helping others understands the importance of homeownership as a path to build wealth for oneself and family.
