About Carolyn Wise

I grew up in the heart of California and made DC my adopted hometown in 2004 when I began my career working in government and nonprofits.

 

My husband and I moved into our first fixer-upper shortly after that, and have been buying and renovating properties ever since - everything from historic row houses on Capitol Hill to a beautiful farmhouse on 12 acres in Virginia horse country. Living and working in the District and all over Northern Virginia has given me an appreciation for the wonderfully diverse communities that make up the greater Washington, DC region.

 

In addition to my work in real estate, I'm also a classically-trained soprano and sing with several professional vocal ensembles including the Washington Bach Consort and Chantry. When I'm not out and about with clients, you'll likely find me answering calls while collecting eggs or picking peaches at our hobby farm near Middleburg.
