About Carlos Garcia

A graduate of Connecticut College and Boston College Law School, Carlos is licensed to sell real estate in DC, MD and VA. While practicing law in the early 90's, Carlos became a real estate investor, acquiring a deep understanding of the local market. Carlos serves on several nonprofit boards and numerous local leadership groups.

In 2003, he received the "Unsung Hero" award from the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region for outstanding leadership in revitalizing the Higher Achievement Program. Carlos' knowledge, legal background and community ties make him an invaluable resource to clients.
