About Cara Fitzwater

Cara J Fitzwater was born and raised in NY and NJ during her early years. Cara Fitzwater attended Penn State University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Her skills in science and research give her a unique edge in meticulously searching the market for the perfect combination of all of her clients wants and needs. 

 

She also comes from a background of 5+ years in Sales/Account Management for a Fortune 10 company. Through her background in Science and Sales, she has developed a wealth of skills that compliments the way in which she engages her clients and impacts her clients overall experience. Specifically, she is a great listener and a great advocate. Her previous clients from the Fortune 10 company, family and friends would all agree that Cara has their best interest at heart. In addition to other areas where Cara exceeds, she has exceptional time-management and contract negotiation skills. All of these qualities help to build trust and, eventually, a strong relationship with clients.

 

Although Cara was the youngest on her team by 30+ years and was doing well as a Global Account Manager for a Fortune 10 company, there was still a feeling that she needed and could do more. Cara Fitzwater entered the Real Estate industry to do something that she is truly passionate about. She wants to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Cara s true passion is being an advocate for others. Cara J Fitzwater is married and lives in Downtown Silver Spring, MD with their crazy dog named Arya. She spends her free time spending quality time with friends and family, going to the gym and traveling.
