Before founding Brook Properties, Brook honed his expertise at industry-leading firms Cushman & Wakefield and JLL, where he managed the operations of commercial real estate assets valued at over $1 billion.
Brook's career began as an analyst with Madison Properties in Washington, DC, specializing in tax-distressed assets. This early experience, combined with his deep understanding of the real estate market, continues to set Brook Properties apart from the competition.
Brook earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University and is an AmeriCorps alumnus. He holds multiple professional real estate designations, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and continued growth in the field. Brook is also an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
