Brittany Sims is a proud military spouse, loving mom to five boys, and a top-producing, award-winning mega agent in the National Capital Region. During her family’s PCS to Fort Belvoir, Brittany saw firsthand the need for military-focused real estate agents who truly understood the complexities of military relocation and wouldn’t hesitate to advocate on behalf of our nation’s heroes. She decided to be a part of the solution and become the kind of agent she wished she had for others. 

Military Moves with Britt Co. was born out of pure passion and a heartfelt desire to serve the heartbeat of the DMV – our incredible military service members and their families. As a military spouse herself, Brittany provides a unique perspective of shared lived experience, knowledge, and compassion. In order to serve her clients at the highest level without limitations, Brittany is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. – faithfully serving clients in the areas surrounding all major military installations throughout the DMV.

In her first five years in real estate, Brittany helped over 300 families find a place to call home, say goodbye to a beloved home, or build their investment portfolios. With years of experience under her belt and a strong administrative behind her, Brittany is able to focus solely on the mission she set out on years ago – building relationships, advocating for her clients, and guiding them through their real estate journeys with an unwavering commitment to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
