About Brian Brown

Mr. Brown is a licensed general contractor as well as licensed real estate agent.   As a real estate investor in Washington DC since 1988, Mr. Brown founded and developed Nextgen Group.  Nextgen Group is a family of four related companies.  These companies include:
-    Nextgen Construction and Renovation which does both residential and commercial construction projects.  (Since 2001)
-    Nextgen Property Management, a portfolio of privately held and managed rental properties acquired over 38 years.  (Since 1988)
-    Nextgen Development works on new developments or partners with clients to reposition existing real estate investments to maximize value and cashflow.   
-    Sunsation a solar company based in Washington DC.   

Mr Brown began his estate career in 1988 when he purchased his first, three-unit townhouse. This property required a complete renovation which is still in the Nextgen Property Management portfolio today.   Mr. Brown has experience in tenant improvements (alterations or build-outs), specialties include residential repairs and renovations.    Mr. Brown also has experience in property acquisition and construction loan financing, whether it is a traditional mortgage, a commercial loan or some non-traditional financing.
