About Andrea Staples

Representing Fredericksburg area buyers and sellers, Andrea's positive attitude, genuine caring and diligence is ideal for identifying each client s needs and authentically guiding them to reach their real estate goals. Raised in Massachusetts, she accompanied her military husband to Mildenhall, England and Valdosta, GA before arriving in Virginia in 2002. She quickly settled into the Fredericksburg area, her now forever home, enjoying the four seasons without the harsh New England winters.

 

Andrea has been working in real estate since 2014 and has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Her attention to detail and process orientation began with her start in the administrative and then program management fields, preceding her success in selling real estate. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys dining out and visiting Downtown Fredericksburg with her boys; husband Chris and French Bulldogs Bob and George. She also enjoys reading and keeping up with her adult children and grandsons.
