About Aaron Adams

Aaron has always had a passion for all things real estate from the earliest memories he had with his father, who would drive him around his hometown of Ellicott City, Maryland, to preview some of the new construction homes going up in the area. Immediately, he was hooked—hooked on the fact that what was once a plot of unused land had now turned into a home where a family would make memories for a lifetime. Real estate had always been the path he wanted to take in his professional career. 

 

Upon graduating with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting from Bridgewater College in 2015, he decided to follow his heart and passion and enter the real estate business. Since that point, over the past nine years in real estate full time, he has closed on more than fifty five transactions and over fifty million dollars in sales volume in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. It is not just about the transaction for him, but about the relationships he has been able to build with his clients. About ninety percent of his business comes from repeat clients and referral business. 

 

He has a true joy for assisting clients in purchasing the home of their dreams, a wonderful income producing rental property, or a neglected property that will be reimagined into someone's dream home. When he is not busy handling real estate activities, he enjoys working out, reading engaging thriller novels, and spending time with his family, which includes his wife, two children, and their rescued Labrador mix, Lola, in Frederick, Maryland.
