What made you decide to pursue a career in real estate?
“I decided to be part of the real estate industry because I love the feeling of helping many people open the doors to their dream home. I know that if you can architect a plan for them everything is possible, and it is also the most rewarding experience when you are the guide that allows their dreams, hopes or desires to come true.”
Maria, an agent entrepreneur at Keller Williams Capital Properties out of the Springfield office, brings a passion for helping others and an undying work ethic to her business.
We asked Maria to tell us what work ethic means to her: “Work ethic means working with transparent morals and values in everything that I do.” Maria shared.
Maria values entrepreneurship and defines the term as: “fighting for a better future, to continue forward no matter what, to fight for a dream or a better life, and to change the course of your destiny and dream big. “
