
Introducing LaToya Amis, the new Keller Williams Capital Properties Transaction Coordinator and member of the Central Operations Team. She will drive the new Transaction Assistance Program (TAP). LaToya brings 14 years of real estate experience to her new role. She most recently served as the Regional Transaction Coordinator for Long & Foster’s Southern Maryland region, overseeing nine offices and assisting agents and their businesses with transaction and marketing support.
An enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional, LaToya will leverage KW technology to grow and drive transaction services so that Agent Entrepreneurs to more effectively use their 20% to help more families achieve their dreams of homeownership. She is excited to help agents capitalize on efficient contract submissions, to complete financial transactions accurately, and to offer assistance with some marketing efforts.
“My intention with the Transaction Assistance Program is to provide KWCP Agent Entrepreneurs with more efficient processes for contract-to-close,” shared LaToya. “Real Estate is ever evolving, and KWCP has proven to be an innovative leader for empowering agents. This role will allow me to deliver on our objective to be the destination brokerage for more top agents and teams.”
With a B.S. in HR Management from Morgan State University, LaToya has held positions as a manager and agent, so she understands the business from the inside out. She is a proud recipient of the 2015 Foster Award, received for her ability to positivity impact staff and agents in real estate space. In her spare time, she enjoys journaling and spending time with her 10-year old son, Jayden. Fun Fact: LaToya is a loyal Young and the Restless fan, going on 25 years of watching the show!
