The 2018 SP200 (Swanepoel Power 200) and other Real Estate industry recognition lists are the definitive rankings of the leaders and executives in the residential real estate brokerage industry published annually by T3 Sixty.
On the SP2018 Trendsetters list is Keller Williams Capital Properties CEO and Founder Bo Menkiti, in an exclusive list of 20 other innovators, dealmakers, and movers-and-shakers who made a noteworthy impact over the last year.
Standing at the top in the #1 spot of this year’s Power 200 list is Gary Keller, co-founder and chairman of Keller Williams Realty International, and he is joined on the list by KW colleagues, including CEO John Davis (#7), Regional Owner and KW Board Member Mary Tennant (#74), MAPS CEO Diana Kokoszka (#89), Josh Team, Chief Innovation Officer (#134), and several other Regional Owners.
Other lists recognize Corporate Executives, Power Brokers, Technology Executives, ORE Executives, Women Leaders, Emerging Leaders, Trendsetters, and Social Influencers. In all the Swanepoel lists include 360 industry professionals, of more than an estimated 6 million professionals worldwide.
The SP200 team invests more than 400 hours analyzing hundreds of bios, annual reports and transaction and sales volume data. They send hundreds of requests for additional information, personally verifying announcements, stats, and actions that took place over the past year. Then they spend several days in a room deliberating who, what and why.
Real Estate Industry leaders are evaluated based on the office they hold, the decision-making power associated with the office, the financial resources at their disposal, their organization’s industry significance and geographical reach, public announcements about imminent changes, their tenure and their personal influence in the industry.
