Jacqueline Pearce was born in New Orleans, LA but grew up in a small town just outside of Columbia, SC. She moved to Maryland from Florida and comes from a background of 4 years in the golf industry working for the Florida State Golf Association. Her role as a Tournament Manager sharpened her organizational skills and strengthened her ability to deliver exceptional client services.
Jacqueline attended the University of Louisville and the University of South Florida while earning a degree in Criminology, and was a part of both Women’s Golf programs. After spending her four years competing as a Division 1 athlete, she developed a deep appreciation for precision, strategy, and trust. Jacqueline entered the Real Estate world to expand her horizons and connect with people on a deeper level. She follows in her fathers footsteps who is a Real Estate Broker back in South Carolina. Her goal is to grow a career that is based on trust and results, where every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire real estate process. Jacqueline is married and lives in Greenbelt, Maryland with her husband.
When she’s not working, you will likely find her on the golf course, playing pickleball, or cheering on her South Carolina Gamecocks during every football season. A competitor at heart, she enjoys staying active and soaking up time outdoors. She also earned her USGA Expert Rules Certification for the Rules of Golf in 2025, so if you have any golf related rules questions along with your real estate questions, she's your go-to girl.
